When they arrived, SFD located two vehicles completely engulfed in fire and a broken bottle with a wick beneath the broken front window of the home. VM message, and a follow-up call for dayshift CSO was generated. A records check showed the male to be on PRCS. Units responded for a 215 at this location. A records check of him showed he was a 290 registrant who had 2 felony warrants. After checking WEBKPF she recognized the (S) just inside of the store. Both male and femalewere detained and both on probation. Both were captured by SSD ground units without use of force. It is unknown at this time if anything was taken from the residence. He took off on foot with the drawer and an undisclosed amount of cash with him. One of the vehicles fled at a high rate of speed upon seeing officers. . A call was made up for that location, as well as, for Walmart to video. Everyone was identified and possible warrants are pending. As they were discussing money, (S) produced a handgun and took the merchandise, leaving in a dark sedan. Officers located 10 spent casings in the street. Upon arrival officers were flagged down by the victim who advised a subject had brandished a black handgun and ordered him to give him his property. Call came in as an active 242 in the mall involving over 100 teenagers.
